Why won’t the website accept my promotion code?
  The promotion code must be entered exactly how it appears on the card.
When I entered my promotion code I received the error message “Promotion code provided is invalid or has already been redeemed.”
  Promotion codes can only be used one time – once it has been entered and activated on the website, it cannot be entered again.
How do I receive my $25.00 digital Google Play credit?
  Once you enter your promotion code, within 48 hours you will receive an email that includes your credit, specific offer terms, and a link to print and/or redeem your credit. If you do not see a confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
When I entered my promotion code I received a message saying it expired.
  Each promotion is a limited time offer. Once a promotion ends, any codes from that offer can no longer be redeemed. All promotion codes must be redeemed no later than 12/31/13. $25.00 digital Google Play credit must be added to your Google Play account by 12/31/13. Once the promotion is over, we do not have the ability to exchange, replace, renew, or refund any expired promotion codes.
