Why won’t the website accept my promotion code?
  The promotion code must be entered exactly how it appears on the card.
When I entered my promotion code I received the error message “Redemption code provided is invalid or has already been redeemed.”
  Promotion codes can only be used one time – so once it has been entered and activated on the website, it cannot be entered again.
How do I receive my redemption code(s)?
  Once you enter your promo code, within in 48 hours you will receive an email that includes your redemption code, any specific offer terms, and a link to where you can print and/or redeem your code. If you do not see a confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
When I entered my code I received a message saying it expired.
  Each promotion is a limited time offer. Once a promotion ends, any promotion codes from that promotion can no longer be redeemed. A Promotion Code Expiration Date and a Certificate Expiration Date appear on the back of the promo card you receive. The Promotion Code Expiration Date is the date by which you must redeem your promo card online. The Certificate Expiration Date is the date by which you must redeem the certificate with the partner. Once the promotion is over, we do not have the ability to exchange, replace, renew, or refund any expired promo codes.
